Cancellations accepted up to 48 hours before the scheduled service. Within 48 hours of the service, cancellations will be charged 50% of the scheduled cost. If you cancel day of or no show your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service(s) you were booked for. You are required to have a card on file to hold your appointment to ensure that you understand and accept our policy.
